Pastor Greg has been the Lead Pastor of The Crossing Church in Tampa, Florida, for the past 18 years. Since then, The Crossing has added campuses in Plant City and Ruskin. Pastor Greg is an evangelist, national speaker, and local radio personality. He supports Tampa Bay’s Community Issues Council and The Hillsborough County Community Action Council, which have both been instrumental in influencing local and regional school and county government.
Pastor Greg received a Bachelor of Education with a Minor in Science from the University of Missouri, and a Master of Divinity with an Emphasis in Church Planting from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Pastor Jonas has been in vocational ministry full-time for 26 years, and an Executive Pastor for 21 of those years.
While in ministry he has had the pleasure to work at two multi-site churches and been able to build two Bible Colleges.

Pastor Rick has been on staff at The Crossing Church for 6 years. While in ministry here he has had the privilege to serve alongside our Lead Pastor, as well as discipling our new staff members.
Prior to coming on staff, Pastor Rick was the lead of Sales Management and Marketing Teams at several national CPG firms.
