An emphasis will be placed on understanding the historical context in which each book was written, the significance of key events and figures, and the development of theological ideas throughout the Old Testament.

BIBL 102 - NT Survey (Fall B) - 6.0 Credit Hours

This course offers a comprehensive study of the New Testament, focusing on its historical, cultural, and theological contexts. Students will examine the literary genres, major themes, and key teachings of each book, as well as the overarching narrative of the New Testament canon.

BIBL 103 - Life of Christ (Winter) - 6.0 Credit Hours

This course provides a detailed exploration of the life, teachings, and significance of Jesus Christ as portrayed in the New Testament Gospels.  An emphasis will be placed on critical analysis of biblical texts, historical accounts, and theological interpretations related to Jesus' identity, teachings, miracles, death, and resurrection.

BIBL 104 - Principles of Faith (Spring A) - 6.0 Credit Hours

This course explores the foundational principles of faith as presented in the Bible, focusing on key themes, doctrines, and practices that define Christian belief and practice. Students will engage with biblical texts to understand the development of faith from Old Testament roots through New Testament teachings.

BIBL 201 - Grasping God's Word 1 (Spring B) - 6.0 Credit Hours

This is the first course of two which explores principles and methods of interpreting the Bible, focusing on understanding biblical texts within their historical, cultural, literary, and theological contexts. Students will engage with various approaches to interpretation, with an emphasis placed on developing skills in exegetical analysis, interpreting different genres of biblical literature, and applying biblical texts responsibly and relevantly to contemporary life.

This course offers an in-depth exploration of the theological concepts and worldview presented in Michael Heiser's book "The Unseen Realm." Students will delve into Heiser's scholarly approach to understanding the supernatural realm as depicted in the Bible, exploring themes such as divine council, spiritual beings, and cosmic warfare. An emphasis will be placed on critical analysis of biblical texts, historical and cultural contexts, and theological implications for contemporary faith and practice.

THEO 201 - Renewal Theology 201 (Winter) - 6.0 Credit Hours

This is the first of three courses that provides an in-depth exploration of Renewal Theology within the context of Christian theology, examining its historical development, theological foundations, key doctrines, and practical implications for personal faith and ministry. Students will study the theological themes and movements associated with renewal and revival within the Church, focusing on the Holy Spirit's work, spiritual gifts, healing, prophecy, and the ongoing transformation of believers and communities. An emphasis will be placed on understanding the biblical basis of renewal theology, its impact on Christian spirituality, and its relevance for contemporary expressions of faith and mission.

FORM 201 - Spirit-Filled (Spring A) - 6.0 Credit Hours

This course is a comprehensive study of the biblical, theological, and practical aspects of the Holy Spirit's filling in the life of believers. Students will explore key biblical passages and theological interpretations of experiencing and living in the fullness of the Holy Spirit. An emphasis will be placed on understanding the nature and role of Holy Spirit, as well as the implications for Christian life and ministry.

FORM 301 - The Anointing (Spring B) - 6.0 Credit Hours

This course explores the biblical foundations, theological significance, and practical applications of the anointing as detailed in Scripture. Students will examine key biblical passages, theological reflections, historical examples, and contemporary perspectives related to understanding and experiencing the anointing of the Holy Spirit.

BIBL 301 - Acts of the Apostles (Fall A) - 6.0 Credit Hours

An emphasis will be placed on understanding the nature of Spiritual authority, discerning God's will, cultivating a posture of humility and obedience, and applying these principles to Christian leadership.
